| As Family Providers, can you serve as primary care providers for children as well as adults? |

Yes. Our Family Care Providers, board certified in Family Practice, are qualified to deliver comprehensive care, regardless of age, sex, organ system or type of problem, be it biological, behavioral or social. You can rely on the medical providers of Mid Carolina Family Medicine for trusteed medical care from birth through adulthood.

| What if I have questions after hours? |

Our after-hours call system is focused on addressing urgent health problems. Questions about prescription refills, appointments, billing and other questions of a non-urgent nature please call our office during our normal hours of
operation (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

Yes. We welcome the opportunity to build new health partnerships with all patients in the community. |
| How long does it take to get an appointment? |
|
Calling our office at the first sign of illness helps to insure that you receive an appointment time sooner rather than
later. Normally, we are able to schedule same day appointment for those requiring urgent care.
